Burbank School District 111 is very concerned about the health of all students and staff.  The District employs one Registered Nurse for the district and Health Aides at each school to meet the needs of our students.  It is vitally important that communication exists between the school, the families, and sometimes outside physicians and therapists to ensure student health and safety.

• Physical examination and immunization record required for students entering early childhood, kindergarten, and 6th grade.
• Eye examinations required for students entering kindergarten.
