Welcome to the Human Resource Page for Burbank School District 111. We believe high qualified teachers and top performing support staff are the key to successful schools, so it is our mission to recruit and employ the most qualified staff to serve our students. Our district employs approximately 300 certificated employees, 250 classified employees and 100 substitute employees.

In addition, the Human Resources department provides guidance and support for district employees in a team oriented environment. We strive to facilitate the execution of all employee life cycle transactions, from induction to separation and to develop human capital by proactively managing performance and professional development.
