Preschool Screening Sign-Up for the 2025–2026 School Year

Burbank School District 111 is now enrolling new students for our Preschool Program for the 2025–2026 school year. Families interested in enrolling their child must participate in a Preschool Screening. This screening is required for all new preschool-aged children who will be three years old by August 2025. If you have a child - or know someone with a child - who meets this age requirement and is interested in joining our Early Learning Program, please complete the screening sign-up form using the link here. 2025-2026 PASS Registration

Registration for the PASS Program (after-school care for students in grades Kdg - 7) will open Tuesday, May 27 at 10:00 am. Registration will include a $55.00 non-refundable fee, which will be applied to the first week next year. In order to complete the registration process, all previous outstanding balances for PASS must be paid in full. Space is limited and on a first come first serve basis.

2025-2026 School Calendar (Revised)

The 2025-2026 Official School Calendar has been revised. We have made some adjustments to better accommodate our families and staff.

Liberty Junior High School Graduation Ceremony

Liberty's 8th Grade Graduation Ceremony will be streaming live Tuesday, May 27 at 7:00 pm. Congratulations and best wishes to the Class of 2025!

Liberty Parent & Student Orientation

There will be a REQUIRED parent and student orientation on August 5 and 7. Parents and students will sign and submit required waivers in order to receive their device and schedule.

Stickney Township Offers Pre-School and Summer Programs

Stickney Township Youth Commission offers Summer Programs for children age 3-8 and Preschool for children age 3 and 4 in the fall. Programs are available to residents of Stickney Township.

2025-2026 Registration Opens March 1

New and Returning Student Registration opens March 1. Parents and guardians of current students will receive an email with a direct snap-code link to register their student. Current 5th grade students moving on to Liberty next year should be registered as Returning Students. Please also note: snapcode letters indicate your child's current school.

Kindergarten Registration Opens March 1

Will your child be five by September 1, 2025? Kindergarten registration for the upcoming school year opens March 1.

The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) announced the over 500 Illinoisans honored for their extraordinary contributions to education across the state through its annual Those Who Excel & Teacher of the Year Awards. The awardees announced today include Burbank School District’s Sarah Nesci, Teacher at Kennedy School!

Transition to Whitsons Culinary Group & New Menu Platform

We are excited to announce a major update regarding the food services for our district. As of November, Arbor Management Inc. joined the Whitsons Culinary Group Family of Companies! This transition brings many exciting changes, including a new menu with delicious options and a revamped marketing program that will be rolled out over the next few months.
